In this position, you will consult with clients to understand their preferences, schedules, and budgets, ensuring each plan is thoughtfully structured and well-documented. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities, then assist with organizing and confirming arrangements. Clear communication and attention to detail are essential, as accuracy and consistency directly impact the client experience.

You will also provide support before, during, and after trips by addressing questions, confirming details, and assisting with updates when needed. This role emphasizes organization, research, and service coordination rather than direct sales.
